Since we primarily communicate via WhatsApp, you will usually receive a response and your final price confirmation within just a few minutes.
Do I Need to Register on the Website to Use the Service?
No. There is no need to create an account or register to use our services. We believe in keeping the booking process as simple, fast, and hassle-free as possible.
Can I Schedule a Delivery for a Specific Date and Time?
Yes. You can book your transport for the same day with our Same-Day Delivery service or schedule it in advance for your preferred date and time.
Can I Cancel or Reschedule My Booking?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule your booking. Please let us know as early as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are generally free of charge.
Are the Prices Calculated by the Online Calculator Final?
The prices shown by our online calculator are estimated quotations. Your final price will be confirmed via WhatsApp after we review the details of your request, such as the exact pickup and delivery addresses, access conditions, and any special handling requirements.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
You can pay in cash upon delivery, by bank transfer, or by invoice if you are a registered B2B customer.
Are There Any Hidden Fees?
No. We believe in complete transparency. Any additional charges—such as fees for upper floors without an elevator, express delivery, assembly services, or locations outside the Hanover region—are clearly displayed in our online price calculator and confirmed before your booking is finalized.
Do You Offer Discounts for Large or Regular Transport Services?
Yes. We offer custom pricing and discounted rates for business customers (B2B), recurring transport services, and larger moving projects. Simply select "B2B Transport" in our online calculator to request a personalized quote.
What Does the "Shopping Service" Include?
If you're short on time or don't have a suitable vehicle, we'll take care of your shopping for you. Whether it's everyday groceries, bulky items from DIY stores (such as Bauhaus or OBI), or purchases from garden centers, we'll collect your items and deliver them safely to your doorstep.
Is There an Additional Charge for Upper Floors Without an Elevator?
Yes. Carrying heavy items up the stairs requires additional time and effort. An extra fee applies depending on the floor level (for example, €10 for the 1st–2nd floor and €20 for the 3rd–4th floor). If an elevator is available, no additional floor charge applies.
What Happens If Large Items Don't Fit in the Elevator?
If an elevator is available but large or bulky items (such as a large sofa) cannot fit inside, they will need to be carried via the staircase. In this case, the standard floor surcharge will apply.
How Does the Assembly Service Work?
For an additional €40, our experienced team will professionally disassemble and reassemble your furniture on-site. We bring all the necessary tools, so you can simply relax while we take care of everything.
What Does BoteEx Collect as Part of Its Waste Disposal Service?
We professionally and responsibly dispose of old furniture, household appliances (such as refrigerators and washing machines), and bulky waste at authorized recycling centers. Household waste and hazardous materials are not accepted as part of our disposal service.
Does BoteEx Also Transport Cars and Other Vehicles?
Yes. As stated in our service guide, we transport everything from small personal items to cars. If you require vehicle transportation, simply contact us and we'll provide you with a personalized quotation based on your requirements.
Are My Items Insured During Transport?
Yes. Your peace of mind is our priority. BoteEx operates in full compliance with the German Commercial Code (HGB). All transport services are covered by our commercial liability and goods-in-transit insurance, providing comprehensive protection for your shipment throughout the transportation process.
What Happens If Something Is Damaged During Transport?
Although we handle every shipment with the utmost care, if damage does occur, our driver will document it immediately on-site. Please report the incident to us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp, including photos of the damage, so we can process your claim promptly through our insurance provider.
Are There Any Items That BoteEx Does Not Transport?
Yes. For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport hazardous materials (such as fuel, chemicals, or fireworks), illegal substances, or live animals.
