Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (for example, by letter or email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

No additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

If you requested that our services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the services already provided up to the time you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

1. Scheduled Services (Section 312g (2) No. 9 German Civil Code)

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services relating to:

  • Accommodation
  • Transport of goods
  • Vehicle rental
  • Catering services
  • Leisure activities

where the contract provides for a specific date or time period for performance.

This means:

If you book a transport or courier service with BoteEx for a specific date or time, you are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

2. Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

(Section 356 (4) German Civil Code)

Your right of withdrawal expires before the end of the withdrawal period if:

  • You expressly request that we begin providing the service before the withdrawal period ends; and
  • You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will expire once the service has been fully performed.
