Do you pick up electrical appliances directly from electronics stores?
Answer: Yes. We can pick up products you have purchased—including "Click & Collect" orders—from MediaMarkt, Saturn, Expert, or other electronics stores in Hannover on your behalf. All you need to do is send us your purchase receipt and the authorization document for pickup via WhatsApp. We collect the item from the store and deliver it safely directly to your address.
Do you also transport very heavy appliances, such as side-by-side refrigerators?
Answer: Yes. Moving large side-by-side refrigerators is one of our areas of expertise. Since these appliances often weigh over 100 kg, we ask that you select the "over 50 kg" weight category in the online price calculator when booking. This ensures we can provide the service with the necessary personnel and professional moving equipment.
Are the devices insured during transport?
Answer: Yes, absolutely. All shipments handled by BoteEx are covered by transport insurance in accordance with the provisions of the German Commercial Code (HGB). Your valuable electronic devices are in safe hands.
Can you take away my old washing machine during delivery?
Answer: Yes. You can add our waste disposal service for an additional fee of €70 when your new appliance is delivered. We remove your old appliance from your home and dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner by delivering it to an authorized recycling center.
